The heart behind our small groups is guided by what we see in Acts 2:42, "And they devoted themselves to the apostles teaching and the fellowship, to the breaking of bread and the prayers." Small groups are much more than a weekly event on the calendar. They are groups of people learning to follow Jesus and do life together by devoting themselves to one another through study, prayer, service, and friendship.
We believe that we were created and designed to be in community with others. Our small groups are the place that we seek to grow in our relationship with God and in true, honest fellowship with one another. It's a place to know and be known. It's a place to grow as disciples who make disciples. In short, it's a place to live out our call to follow Jesus...together.
Our small groups meet for 10 to 12 week windows throughout the year, providing opportunities for groups to grow or multiply throughout the year. We currently will have two groups gathering for our summer semester, which begins in mid-June.
